About me

On-line Therapy:

As I am currently living abroad I have moved my practice with me and am conducting therapy primarily on-line. This is a big change and while it works well for some, for others it does not. If you are interested in working with me we can explore if it is a format that works for you. I am able to work with individuals in DC, Virginia and California as those are the states where I am licensed. If you are also living abroad then we may be able to work together as well.

Clinical Background:

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (DC License #LMFT0000159) for over 10 years, I have had the privilege of accompanying individuals and families working toward a healthier, happier place in their lives.  The therapeutic process is unique for everyone and together we will work to understand your individual challenges and strengths.  Sharing yourself takes courage and it is with humility and great respect that I listen to the life stories each of you bring into my office.  Creating a space that is safe, accepting and free of judgement is my top priority.  The second is making sure we are doing the work you want and need to do.

My practice serves adolescents, adults, and families.
